Katie Bates
Hello, I’m Katie Bates! I’m a passionate personal trainer, a mum of two, a wife, and a lover of all things food. You’ll often find me either enjoying a delicious meal or creating one for friends and family. My journey into fitness began nine years ago while navigating fertility challenges, and it was during this time that I discovered how transformative exercise can be.
I believe in a holistic approach to fitness—one that’s accessible, empowering, and tailored to individual needs. I’m committed to providing safe, effective training, particularly for women in prenatal and postnatal stages, as well as for individuals over 50 who want to improve their strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

Hello, I’m Peta Ryan! I’m a qualified Nutritionist and Nutritional Medicine Practitioner with a passion for food as both fuel and medicine. My mission is to empower people to understand the role food plays in performance, healing, and everyday wellbeing.
My journey into nutrition began with a personal drive to better understand how what we eat influences how we feel, think, and move. Over time, I developed a holistic, whole-body approach that blends the science of nutrition with real-life, sustainable habits. Whether you’re training hard, managing a health condition, or just trying to feel your best day-to-day — I’m here to support you through it.
