Can I bring my child to any session?

Our gym is completely family. You can bring your child to any sessions!

 

 

Do you have a crèche?

We have a huge kids room and our coaches are on hand to cuddle, rock, play and dance with your little one while you get your sweat on.

We offer flexible membership options, including one-on-one personal training, small group training, and specialised programs for prenatal, postnatal, and over 50s.

We train females and males. Of all stages of life.
Our mums and cubs classes are our only female only sessions.

How do I cancel or reschedule a session?

You can cancel or reschedule through our online booking system. Please provide 24 hours’ notice.

 

 

What happens if I miss a session?

Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to reschedule.

What should I wear to my training session?

Comfortable workout clothes and supportive footwear are recommended.

 

 

 

Are your trainers qualified?
