Our Story
Atomic Fitness was born out of a desire to make fitness accessible, safe, and empowering for everyone—no matter your age or experience level. Our founder, Katie Bates, turned her own journey with fitness into a mission to help others. Whether you’re a new mum looking to regain strength, an older adult seeking better mobility, or simply someone ready to transform your health, we’re here for you.
